Plan offers a full coverage in the case of emergency.
Hospital stationary treatment :
In the event of emergency or planned hospital treatment we ask you to please contact our 24-hour Emergency Service on +41 840 001 001 (press 3). They will deal with the details.
Planned hospital treatment means that you stay at minimum one night in the hospital (stationary treatment). If you return home at same day, please follow the outpatient treatment.
Maternity is covered only in the US, up to Euro 50'000.
Swisscare will prepare a guarantee of payment to the hospital and pay the medical bills directly.

Our reply by your claim:
If you have sent us all your original bills and the claim form, we aim at reimbursing your expenses no later than 30 days after we have received your claim by Creassur ADC Service, claim center in France / Paris.
What is on your charge ?
The excess of Euro 75 is the amount on your charge, per calendar year, for medical expenses. After this amount, the insurance company starts to reimburse medical costs.
Calendar year = 01.01 to 31.12 and its independent of the contract duration.Procedure by a practicioner or specialists :
Pay the bills and send the originals with proof of payment and claim form to Swisscare - claim service.
Procedure by the pharmacy :
Pay all medication by yourself and send us the prescription with payment receipt and claim (below) form to Swisscare - claim service
Hospital treatment (outpatient) :
Ambulatory treatment is if you go for a hospital visit and come back the same day. Show the practicioner procedure above.
